Delivery Options
- 'Standard' delivery within UK is as follows: orders up to £50 = £3.95, over £50 = Free delivery and your goods are posted using Royal Mail second class.
- 'Express' delivery within UK is £6.95 and guarantees delivery within 1-2 working days.
- If the goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us promptly with all the relevant information.
- Should a parcel be unclaimed and subsequently returned to Little Giggles, we will only re-ship the goods on receipt of an additional P&P charge. Please note that delivery charges are non refundable (unless the order is cancelled before it is shipped).
- Goods will be dispatched within 48hrs of an order being received. Orders placed after midday Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Personalised Items
- Please allow 7 to 10 working days for all personalised gift orders with the exception of the canvasses which will take up to 14 working days from the point of ordering to delivery as they are hand made to order.
Hassle Free Returns
We believe you will be delighted with your Little Giggles' purchase. However, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us as follows.
- If for any reason you are unhappy with something you have ordered, please email or telephone us within 14 days of receipt to advise us.
- If you then return the product unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags intact and in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase, we will refund you the cost of the product as soon as possible following our agreement to do so. All you pay for is the return carriage of the goods (P&P)
- If you return an item to us which is not what you originally ordered or is indeed faulty, we will also pay for the cost of the return carriage (P&P). If this happens, please contact us first at returns@littlegigglesgifts.co.uk quoting your order number, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement, and we will confirm how you should send the item to us.
For your own protection, we require you to obtain proof of posting at your Post Office when sending an item back to us as we cannot be responsible for returned goods which we don't receive.
- Please note: we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for used or customer damaged goods. If the product is not in a resalable condition then we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will have to send the product back to you, and you will have to incur the cost of the return delivery. The address to send returns to is: Returns - Little Giggles, 35 Caley Street, Heacham, King's Lynn, Norfolk. PE31 7DP.
- In addition to this policy you have added protection as a consumer as follows:
- Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000 Right to withdraw You have the right to withdraw from your agreement to purchase, but this right ends seven days after the date we deliver the products to you. You will not have to pay for any products and any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of a credit to your account within seven days. HOWEVER, we may have delivered (or dispatched) the products you have ordered. In this circumstance, you must return the products to us and pay the costs in doing so. To avoid this, we recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to withdraw. If you wish to withdraw, contact us at returns@littlegigglesgifts.co.uk Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and, to the extent possible, in the same packaging as when we delivered them to you.
After we have received the Goods:
- If a refund was requested, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. Please note that the original cost of posting the goods to you (P&P) will not be refunded.
- If an exchange was requested we will send out your replacement within one working day.
- If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.
- We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.
Discount codes & vouchers
- If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
