When you place an order with Little Giggles, you are making an offer to buy goods, you the consumer are entering a legally binding contract.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order and taken payment. We will email you again to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched and we will contact you to arrange a refund where necessary.

Create an Account (recommended)
If you would like us to save your details for your next visit you will need to register. It only takes about 2 minutes to do this, and you will only ever need to do it once. You'll need to tell us a few things about yourself including the address where your credit card is registered to. We will then save this information for your next visit. Only you will ever be able to access this information again as we will require the password that you chose to access it. Don't worry, all these details are completely secure.

Once you've checked all your details are correct, press 'place order' to proceed to the secure WorldPay page.

We'll send you an email to confirm your order details and then email you again when we have shipped the order, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Worried about credit card security? Don't be. We use the latest encryption technology provided by WorldPay to make sure your transaction is secure.

We accept most major credit cards, and payment is securely taken by the WorldPay secure server.  Payment is taken in £ Sterling.

Whilst every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. Please note that photographs are for representational purposes only and are not necessarily to scale. Colours and content may vary slightly from the images shown.

Customers should be aware that the sizes on the clothing are an approximate guideline. As all babies are individuals, their size may vary according to their age, and therefore we cannot guarantee all garments will fit perfectly. Customers who are not satisfied with any product can return the item; please refer to our returns policy.

All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and Little Giggles will notify you accordingly.

We reserve the right to vary our prices due to future fluctuations in costs, however if a purchase has been made, and therefore a contract entered into we agree to supply the goods at the published price.

Delivery Options

• 'Standard' delivery within UK is as follows: orders up to £30 = £3.95, over £30 = Free delivery and your goods are posted using Royal Mail second class.
• 'Express' delivery within UK is £6.95 and guarantees delivery within 1-2 working days.
• If the goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us promptly with all the relevant information.
• Should a parcel be unclaimed and subsequently returned to Little Giggles, we will only re-ship the goods on receipt of an additional P&P charge. Please note that delivery charges are non refundable (unless the order is cancelled before it is shipped).
• Goods will be dispatched within 48hrs of an order being received. Orders placed after midday Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

 Complaints

We aim to provide you with a speedy and efficient service. However, if you feel you have not received a good service we are happy to hear your comments so we can improve our service. All correspondences will be kept confidential. Either contact us by email customerservices@littlegigglesgifts.co.uk or by telephone during office opening hours. We aim to reply to your complaint within 5 working days.

Returning Goods

We believe you will be delighted with your Little Giggles purchase. However, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us as follows.

If for any reason you are unhappy with something you have ordered, please email us at returns@littlegigglesgifts.co.uk within 14 days of receipt to advise us.

If you then return the product unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags intact and in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase, we will refund you the cost of the product as soon as possible following our agreement to do so. All you pay for is the return carriage of the goods (P&P)

If you return an item to us which is not what you originally ordered or is indeed faulty, we will also pay for the cost of the return carriage (P&P). If this happens, please contact us first at returns@littlegigglesgifts.co.uk quoting your order number, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement, and we will confirm how you should send the item to us.    

For your own protection, we require you to obtain proof of posting at your Post Office when sending an item back to us as we cannot be responsible for returned goods which we don't receive.

Please note: we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for used or customer damaged goods.  If the product is not in a resalable condition then we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will have to send the product back to you, and you will have to incur the cost of the return delivery. Data Protection Act

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

Your information will not be passed on to third parties. Any information that you give will only be used by Little Giggles, except where it is necessary to pass this information to third parties for processing your order.

The software on the secure WorldPay payment site encrypts your personal information, including credit or debit card numbers.
